Skillsbuilders Partnership

Kenyngton Manor Primary School is part of the Skillbuilders Partnership.

The Skillbuilders Partnership is a global movement of employers, educators, and impact organisations working together to ensure that one day, everyone builds the essential skills to succeed.

Children from Reception to Year 6 participate in a Skillbuilders Programme with a focus upon one of the eight essential skills each half term. Reference is also made to the skills in our Nursery and Preschool provision.

Skillbuilders Workshops and ‘Adventure Days’ enable children to apply their knowledge whilst developing the essential skills.

At Kenyngton Manor, the programme aims to raise children’s aspirations and to empower them to ‘stretch and reach forwards with the spirit of adventure’ – equipping them with the essential skills for learning, life and work.
