Achievement and attainment at Kenyngton Manor

Here are three highlights from our most recent results.
1. Results above the national average
At Kenyngton Manor, 63% of pupils met the expected standard in reading, writing and maths. This is higher than the national average. On average, the figure for schools across England was 62%.
2. More of our pupils achieve a high standard than the national average and the Surrey average
Twelve percent of our pupils achieved a higher standard in reading, writing and maths. This is higher than the national average (8%) and also above the Surrey average of 11%.
3. Above average development during Reception
By the end of reception, 74% of our children have achieved a ‘good level of development.’ This is higher than the national average (68%).
4. Progress in phonics is above the national average
83% of our pupils meet the national standard in phonics by the end of Year 1. The national average is just 80%.
96% of pupils who have been with us for longer than a month before the check achieve national standard in phonics in Year 2. This is higher than the national average (89%).
5. Results have improved substantially over recent years
In 2024, 38% of pupils met the expected standard in core subjects. By 2025, this had risen to 63%, showing strong progress.
These results reflect the school’s focus on strong teaching, a carefully planned curriculum, and high expectations for every pupil.
